The experience begins with an introduction to the world of truffles and the specially trained dogs that make this ancient Tuscan tradition possible. Together with your expert truffle hunter, you’ll walk through the surrounding woods in search of fresh seasonal truffles hidden beneath the earth. Every hunt is different — the quantity of truffles can never be guaranteed — but the excitement of discovery and the connection with nature make each experience unique.
At the end of the activity, each participant will receive a small gift of fresh truffles along with practical tips on how to store and cook them at home.
After the hunt, the experience continues at the organic farm, where you’ll enjoy a complete truffle lunch inspired by traditional Tuscan recipes. The menu includes bruschetta and crostini with fresh truffle and truffle creams, fresh organic pasta with truffle, a second course with fresh truffle or eggs with truffle, and a homemade dessert.
The meal is paired with a tasting of organic and biodynamic wines, including Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chianti Colli Senesi, together with a guided tasting of extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars produced on the estate.
