The experience begins in the woods of the Tuscan countryside, where you’ll join a local truffle hunter and trained dog in search of fresh seasonal truffles. After a short introduction to truffle varieties and traditional hunting techniques, you’ll head into a carefully selected area known for its ideal truffle-growing conditions and beautiful rolling hill views.

After the truffle hunting session, you’ll move to a charming farm setting for the cooking class portion of the experience. Surrounded by vineyards and gardens, you’ll begin by selecting seasonal vegetables directly from the farm’s garden before stepping into the kitchen.
Guided by a local cook, you will prepare:

-Two types of fresh handmade pasta, one dressed with the truffles you found
